UC Crew, now Powered by Hip Hop, helped improve recycling in St Helens, reaching 1,262 people and diverting 13 tonnes from landfill. More than a decade later, we continue to use Hip Hop and creativity to encourage recycling, reuse and environmental action.

Former PBHH / UC Crew dancer Kirsty was invited on stage to dance with Ne-Yo during his Manchester show after being spotted dancing near the front of the crowd. The moment quickly gained attention online, with friends, dancers and audience members celebrating her confidence, personality and performance energy.
